What If Humans Hibernated in the Winter?

What If Humans Hibernated in the Winter?

Cosmo starts his journey by discovering how a variety of animals prepare for hibernation. Students will learn how marmots build warm and safe burrows, how black bears consume thousands of calories each day, and how a hedgehog’s body processes slow down while it hibernates. If people wanted to hibernate in the winter, where would we sleep? How much food would we need to eat in preparation? And would you be willing to spend half your life asleep?
