What If Humans Were Cold Blooded?

What If Humans Were Cold Blooded?

Cosmo starts his journey by discovering the difference between warm-blooded and cold-blooded animals and from there begins an exploration of what would happen if humans were cold-blooded instead of warm-blooded. Students will explore why warm-blooded animals need to eat more food than cold-blooded animals, the impact that the outside temperature has on the behaviour and activity of cold-blooded animals, and the consequences if all humans migrated to live in warm environments near the equator.
