Cosmo decides to investigate the properties of strong and stable structures by building a house made from the most ridiculous building material he can think of – Jell-O. Students will learn about the properties of Jell-O and how Jell-O compares to traditional building materials. How would a Jell-O house be constructed? Could a Jell-O house withstand the weather? And what would animals do to a sugar-based house?
